We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by bringing in top talent.Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and feedback sessions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist candidates with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems (e.g., ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
RequirementsQualifications
- Advanced English
- Available to work on-site and full-time.
- 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter (Preferably in the BPO industry)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
